At The Frankie Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer packaging and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
